Biology and Chemistry Leadership Openings for Group Leader and Lab Head Positions

Eli Lilly and Company has an established diabetes franchise with the strategy to commercialize first-in-class and best-in-class treatments to address unmet medical needs. As an integral part of our R&D investment, Lilly has recently established the Lilly China Research & Development Center (LCRDC) in Shanghai, China. The new center will focus primarily on discovering new medicines to treat diabetes with the aim of improving the health of diabetes patients in China and globally.

We are seeking seasoned scientific leaders in biology and chemistry who will be involved in building a world class research organization and who are interested in career development opportunities in China. Requirements include PhD degree and/or MD degree with postdoctoral research experience in relevant fields or at least 5 years of drug hunting experience in metabolic diseases. Strong track record of achievement, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team are essential for all positions.
