SABPA Secretary Group
The secretaries take part in all activities in SABPA organization and we are responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical duties necessary to run our organization efficiently. Specific tasks are:
· Coordinates event preparation meeting and reserves meeting venue
· Records the Minutes of all meetings (ascertains the initial draft and requests for corrections/additions)
· Ascertains the final copy of the minutes and distribute to the relevant members and follows up on action items if necessary
· Participates in all event planning committee and helps on event coordination
· Assists event registration
· Maintains a record of all active committee members’ contact information
· Maintain a record of all SABPA events and important organization change
For the past five years secretary group has been involved in all the successful SABPA events. Our contributions help events planning go smoothly and efficiently. Things we do maybe trivial but very crucial. It is everyone’s dedication to make the secretary group very efficient. With the speed of SABPA’s growth we need more people volunteer in the group.
