Responsibilities

Leads the administration and coordination of activities of supervisory staff, production teams, and collaborates alongside leadership teams to execute measures relevant to improving performance and increase efficiencies

Responsible for production planning and tracking to ensure on-time order delivery to customer(s), manpower utilization, planning and implementation

Tracks and manages inventory of assigned division

Monitors achievement of required divisional performance levels for Productivity, Quality, Safety, and Cost containment

Maintains and monitors relevant operational performance metrics and provides input and participates in continuous improvement initiatives

Reviews performance against operating plans and standards, provides reports to subordinates on interpretation of results and approves changes in directions of plans

Develops, cultivates, and maintains relationships with internal and external customers

Effectively communicates, with tact and clarity, directly with customer, subordinates, employees, co-workers, as well as XPAC senior leadership

Coordinates and collaborates with other divisions of the Company in establishing and carrying out responsibilities
Requirements
-
7-10 years experience in general management in manufacturing, supply chain or inventory & materials environments or similar
-
Proven ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion

Experience in reporting on key production metrics

Outstanding communication ability
-
Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach

Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred
