Responsibilities

 

  • Leads the administration and coordination of activities of supervisory staff, production teams, and collaborates alongside leadership teams to execute measures relevant to improving performance and increase efficiencies

  • Responsible for production planning and tracking to ensure on-time order delivery to customer(s), manpower utilization, planning and implementation

  • Tracks and manages inventory of assigned division

  • Monitors achievement of required divisional performance levels for Productivity, Quality, Safety, and Cost containment

  • Maintains and monitors relevant operational performance metrics and provides input and participates in continuous improvement initiatives

  • Reviews performance against operating plans and standards, provides reports to subordinates on interpretation of results and approves changes in directions of plans

  • Develops, cultivates, and maintains relationships with internal and external customers

  • Effectively communicates, with tact and clarity, directly with customer, subordinates, employees, co-workers, as well as XPAC senior leadership

  • Coordinates and collaborates with other divisions of the Company in establishing and carrying out responsibilities

 

Requirements

 

  • 7-10 years experience in general management in manufacturing, supply chain or inventory & materials environments or similar

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion

  • Experience in reporting on key production metrics

  • Outstanding communication ability

  • Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred

  • This is a fully in person position
