Job Summary

We are seeking a Staff Accountant as a partner to contribute to our company goals and customer’s needs. The Staff Accountant will support financial reporting, preparing documents for auditing, manage daily accounting activities.

Essential Functions

  • Review financial statements for accuracy and legal compliance.

  • Prepare and file state sales tax returns.

  • Lead business registration and annual report filing in states where tax nexus is established.

  • Provide external auditors with assistance, gather necessary financial information and documents

    to perform financial and tax audits.

  • Own US accounting operations including but not limited to accounts receivable, accounts

    payable, fixed assets, employee expenditures, bank statement reconciliation.

  • Manage US business credit limits, conduct reference verification of new business account

    applications.

  • Provide rapid response to customer inquiries for invoices, sales tax, payment terms, account

    balances.

  • Reconcile cash disbursement accounts and ensure bills are paid in an accurate and timely

    manner.

  • Perform other projects or responsibilities as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications – Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or economics required.

  • 2+ years’ experience in corporate accounting.

  • Proficient communication in Mandarin required.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and independently.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

    Salary Range

• $55,000-$70,000 plus bonus.
