KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES:
o Lead CDx R&D organization, define global and long term growth strategy, build organization by recruiting key talents, and lead execution
o Be responsible for annual budget planning and management of CDx RD department
o Lead execution of the JV program with US partner
o Work with marketing and sales team for future product development roadmap and execution
o Work with QA to build up regulatory policy/quality system for future growth
o Lead key client engagement: audit, business review, policy discussion etc.
o Be part of LTD/CDX executive leadership team; actively participate executive management functions
REQUIREMENTS:
o Minimal 10 Years R&D leadership experience in Clinical diagnostic, medical device, and clinical testing
o In depth understanding of regulatory policy around quality and compliance, especially for US and/or China
o Proven leadership role in product development
o Track record of strong management experience
o Great communicator, and effective problem solver
o Great leader and a Team player

EDUCATION (Indicate the mini. requirement & preferred discipline):
o Ph.D. in science filed; MBA is desired
