PURPOSE OF POSITION:

The position will play a critical support role to MabPlex USA, Inc.’s sales and marketing team.  Reporting directly to the Vice President, Sales and Marketing, the idea candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills as well as be able multitask across various company needs.  This is an exciting position driven by MabPlex’s explosive growth; addressing our efforts to increase sales process efficiencies, support multiple regional field sales activities, execute on new marketing strategies and build global brand awareness.  

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and execute the company’s marketing strategies  
  • Manage conference logistics and prepare updated marketing material
  • Play a key role in development, integration, and execution of e-marketing platforms, promotional campaigns and materials, targeting communications, email marketing program, Google AdWords, website update and maintenance, social network content, and web conferencing strategies
  • Work with technical team and update technical marketing material on a regular basis.
  • Coordinate with the technical team in both China and San Diego in preparing technical presentations, posters, webinars, and white papers to support business development
  • Communicate with all the MabPlex sites and create timely press releases for important events and milestones
  • Build and maintain database of clients/potential customers using Salesforce.com
  • Conduct market research to identify market requirements for current and future services as well as target client profiles for said services

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role within the biotechnology industry

• Minimum of 3 years of multi-channel marketing experience including strategy development

• Demonstrated ability to deliver marketing campaigns from strategy to execution

• Fluent in using Google analytics, and other analytic tools for decision making and optimization of digital campaigns

• Strong web and digital design, content marketing, copywriting and communication skills required

• Experience with website software applications for advanced and digital marketing

• Demonstrated ability to create original content from technically complex material

• Depth of knowledge with inbound/outbound marketing principles

• Marketing experience in CDMO companies is a plus

• Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin is a plus

•  Bachelors degree in Marketing is a plus
