Responsibilities 职责
- As an expert in protein engineering, you are expected to engineer different leading molecules including but not limited to antibodies, bi-specific antibodies, multiplexities, cytokines, and fusion proteins to generate tools and participate in target discovery/validation activities.

- Oversee daily operations of the antibody engineering of each project, including sequence and structure-based analysis and modeling, sequence optimization, affinity maturation, humanization, multiple specific antibody design and generation.
负责公司所有项目蛋白质工程的一切事物，包括序列优化，亲和力成熟，人源化，双抗多功能抗体的设计和表达。
- Identify and implement new technologies/platforms to improve the quality and speed of antibody engineering process to meet company goals.
发现，学习跟进，并采纳可以提高抗体质量、优化抗体的技术。
- Develop novel technologies/platforms including multispecifc platforms.
开发双抗和多抗平台。
- Design and implement functional and cell-based assays to support antibody engineering efforts. Build strong working relationships with fellow Neologics Bio colleagues, key external advisors and collaborators.

- Lead, manage and develop a high performing team of protein/antibody engineers with varied specialty areas including MoA elucidation, display technologies, protein chemistry, structural biology, and assay development.

- The role will require close collaboration with the Bioinformatics and Discovery Biology groups to ensure successful progression of pipeline projects ranging from pre-clinical discovery to clinical proof-of-concept.

Qualifications 任职要求
- PhD in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology/Structural Biology or related disciplines with at least 5 years relevant industry experience in a biopharmaceutical setting.
生物化学/分子生物学/结构生物学及相关领域Ph.D， 5年以上工作经验。
- Extensive experience in protein/Ab engineering, structural biology and bispecific antibody design and engineering with a proven track record of innovative solutions.
在抗体蛋白工程，结构生物学，双抗的设计有丰富经验和可靠经验记录。
- Extensive knowledge in variety of protein engineering platforms and technologies.

- Experience in leading programs at all stages of biologics drug discovery from lead generation to candidate nomination.
