About The Team

You will be part of the Sales and Marketing Design team that creates product packaging, digital and print marketing materials for seasonal campaigns across all channels. You will work closely with our Marketing Director, Senior Marketing Manager, Copywriters and other designers day-to-day. We rely on teamwork and organization to develop compelling designs while maintaining a fun and positive working environment.

The Graphic Designer Position

You will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Director by designing and delivering designs for our product packaging designs and our seasonal marketing campaigns across all channels and media. You bring our brand stories to life through design typography and imagery.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with leadership to develop creative concepts and 360 marketing campaigns across multiple mediums.
Develop typographic standards and solutions that elevate the look and feel of the brand.
Ability to take product photos and retouch images in Photoshop.
Support the Marketing and Sales team with creation of our printed catalog, promotion flyer, and etc.
Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends.
Deliver high quality projects with an elevated aesthetic, and consistently meet the submission deadlines.
Additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
1-3 years of experience in graphic design.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong attention to detail, organization and commitment to ensuring clear and consistent brand storytelling.
Work well on a team and enjoy collaborating and sharing your ideas.
Ability to adapt to new production software and systems.
Adapt at managing multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently.
Strong verbal/written communication skills
Flexible, hard-working and are able to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
E-Commerce/Shopify experience a plus
