We are seeking a highly motivated Research Associate or Specialist in Antibody Therapeutics group at Amberstone Biosciences. The main responsibilities include DNA/RNA prep, molecular cloning, cell culture and characterization of antibodies by ELISA and SPR.

Qualifications:

Associate or B.S. degree in Molecular Biology or a related discipline with 1+ years of industry and/or academic wet lab work experience.

Highly motivated, willing to work in an early-stage company, eager to learn/develop molecular cell biology techniques and drug development processes.

Knowledge/expertise in molecular and cell biology skills such as DNA and RNA isolation, construct cloning, RT-PCR, sequencing, data analysis and cell-based assays. Experiences in hybridoma or single B cell cloning, ELISA, Biacore SPR and/or Octet BLI are a plus.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required. Attention to details is a must. Proven ability to work in a fast-pace team environment is necessary.
