Sales Manager
Telesair is preparing to launch an innovative product for hospitals and home use in late 2021 and is looking for the right person to lead the sales efforts. The main clinical application of this product are acute and chronicle respiratory diseases. This role is best suited for a medical device leader who thrives in a dynamic, innovative, and team-first business environment. This position is responsible for selling products, equipment, and services to hospitals, health systems, doctors' offices and clinics.

Job Responsibilities:
Assess clients’ needs and present suitable promoted products
Present product information and deliver product samples
Communicate with and persuade targeted distributors and end users to use our products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis
Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits
Keep detailed records of all contacts
Manage budgets for catering, outside speakers, conferences and hospitality
Work with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
Plan work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables with the area sales team or discuss future targets with the management 
Achieves sales revenue goals in a defined sales territory
Responsible for all sales activities to include: audits, training and full solutions within assigned territory
Develops and implements agreed upon business/marketing plan which will meet both personal and business goals by expanding customer base in the assigned territory
Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term overall account goals in line with Telesair’s vision and values
Develops a database maintained in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system of qualified leads attained through consultant referrals, face to face meetings, calls, direct mail, email, and networking
Sells and makes recommendations to prospects and clients on the various solutions the company offers to solve their business issues
Generates proposals in compliance with Accreditation Body requirements and/or product sector requirements
Maximizes all opportunities within the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share from competitors
Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within the assigned territory and /or product sector
Gathers and submits detailed business information for pricing
Participates in and contributes to the development of educational programs offered to clients
Maintains effective working team relationships with all support departments
Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans
At all times, complies with Telesair Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.
Adheres to internal standards, policies and procedures
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing , Sciences or related discipline
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales
Experience with ISO 13485, MDSAP, MDD and/or MDR standards
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent teamwork and networking skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Ability to travel frequently
Strong negotiation and sales skills

Preferred:
Experience in the Certification industry

Language Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
