Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator / Sr. Project Coordinator to join our Project Management team. The Project Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support the Discovery and Preclinical Development Teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support on ongoing projects, working closely with scientists on the team.
- Assist team leader to organize and schedule meetings.
- Tracking outsourced activities with vendors.
- Assist with routing of documents, archiving files and maintaining databases, and performing other administrative duties.
- Responsible for tracking project details and following up on action items.
Qualifications:
- BS in a scientific discipline with 2-5 years of administrative/coordinator experience.
- Experience working in biotechnology or pharmaceutical environment.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. (Microsoft Project and SharePoint experience a plus.)
- Ability to work independently and apply experience and knowledge to all tasks.
- Excellent organization, written and oral communication skills; strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact effectively within a multidisciplinary team and dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic; self-leadership and the ability to be adaptable and have a high degree of flexibility.
